Overview

Drives Logic is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Recruiter to join our team. This position will be fully remote.  In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting our strategic priorities.  You will work with Division Managers and their leadership teams to understand their talent acquisition needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals.  In addition, you will support strategic business development opportunities by identifying key personnel and developing tailored talent acquisition strategies.

 

Essential Duties

  • Collaborate with recruiting team in recruiting initiatives across the organization
  • Develop sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as networking, job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, social media, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, college recruiting, etc.
  • Cultivated knowledge in hiring practices related to cultural competence
  • Screening candidates in various stages and moving qualified candidates through our pipeline for current or future positions
  • Ability to engage and develop relationships with hiring managers and executives to best understand the unique needs of our clients and contracts to create position descriptions and source/identify the right candidates for the role
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed, and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines.
  • Engage in all elements of recruiting process including external and internal job postings, identification and interviewing of the most qualified applicants, guidance on the selection of the best candidates, job offers and negotiations

  • Demonstrate strong initiative and work well under tight deadlines.
  • TS/SCI security clearance or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Office 360, MS Office, more importantly Excel (i.e., ability to construct formulas, use pivot tables, etc. to manipulate and analyze data)
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e., complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc.).
  • College education preferred, work experience in lieu of degree accepted
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws and policies
  • Knowledge of basic HR benefits and policies

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • 5 or more years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience preferably with experience supporting the defense and intelligence market spaces both domestic and international
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree.   4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Models a high level of accountability and personal integrity; able to communicate across the organization openly and with respect
  • Ability to assess candidate skills, knowledge, and demonstration of core values
  • Ability to learn and connect with the business on all levels
  • Knowledge of social media recruiting channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Polished interpersonal skills and strong professionalism
  • Have solid relationship building skills combined with basic GovCon knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, applicant tracking systems and social media
  • Demonstrated experience in all full life cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to sourcing,qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management.
  • Ability to ensure that departmental goals and KPIs are clearly defined and being met to reduce the length of time a position is open
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to pass a government Security Background Investigation
